We are frequently asked to consult on projects big and small by home builders. We love what we do and would be happy to help as much as we can.  We also recommend questions be asked on Permies.com before you pay to have anyone consult on a project--there are plenty of knowledgeable people willing to help for free online.

For projects requiring us to visit your site, we charge $75 an hour including driving time (1 hour to your house, 2 hour consultation, 1 hour drive home = $300).
